Brown In America is currently under development. The mission of this site is to be a resource for bridging the "Digital Divide". The "Digital Divide" is the gap that exists between those having access to technology or technology skills training and those that do not. In this technology driven society where having access to a computer and the Internet is becoming a necessity for researching and applying for employment, and where technology skills are critical in obtaining employment, it is imperative that technology and technology skills training becomes accessible to everyone. We need to build online communities where we educate, collaborate, and develop solutions for dealing with the issues that add to the continuance of the "Digital Divide".
